The Lagos State Police Command has arrested three men, Adenuga Tosin, Jesutofunmi Ezekiel, and Adeniji Juwon, on suspicion of being involved in cult activities.
They were found with a gun and ammunition during an operation in Ikorodu, following a tip-off from the public.
This arrest was confirmed by the state Police Relations Officer, CSP Benjamin Hundeyin on June 1, 2025.
The police carried out the operation along the Owode-Ikorodu Road using information they received, showing their commitment to tackling crime in the area.
During the operation, officers discovered a locally made pistol and six live cartridges with the suspects.
Investigations indicate that these men are part of a cult group known for committing violent crimes.
