The Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, Isoko North Local Government Area Chapter, Wednesday, passed a vote of confidence on Delta State Governor, Rt. Hon. Sheriff Oborevwori, member representing Isoko Federal Constituency, Hon. Jonathan Ukodhiko, member representing Isoko North State Constituency, Hon. Barr. Bernard Odior, Commissioner for Health, Dr. Joseph Onojaeme and Executive Director Finance and Administration, Chief Kome Okpobor for their leadership qualities, good governance and effective representation in almost one year in office.
The vote of confidence was passed on the leaders in recognition of their outstanding leadership and contributions to the growth and development of the party and Delta State in particular at an enlarged meeting of the leaders and stakeholders of the party in the local Government area held at the Council Secretariat, Ozoro.
The vote of confidence was sequel to a motion moved by Barr. Chief Isaac Atikueke, State Legal Adviser and seconded by Barr. Chief Fred Obe, immediate past Commissioner for Energy, which was put to a voice vote by the pioneer speaker DTHA and Board Chairman Delta State Capital Territory Development Agency Rt. Hon. Dr Emmanuel Okoro.
Prince Godwin Ogorugba PDP Chairman Isoko-North Chapter, Speaking at the meeting, immediately after Inaugurating the ward caretaker committee emphasized that the ternure of the ward caretaker committee will last for three months and urged them to continue to give their ward leaders their unflinching support which they have been demonstrating over the years.
He thanked party faithful for their support for the party resulting in the landslide victory for all party candidates in the last general election.

He appealed to them to remain steadfast as better days are ahead for the party in the state under the leadership of His Excellency, Rt Hon Sheriff Oborevwori through his MORE Agenda for Deltans.
The member representing Isoko Federal Constituency, Hon. Jonathan Ukodhiko called on party faithful and leaders to remain united and ensure that men of impeccable character and integrity are elected into various offices as the party gears up for the forthcoming local government election and congresses.
He pleaded with the newly Inaugurated Ward caretaker committee executives to use their good office to extend fellowship to any aggrieved member of the party or those in opposition party to return and join the PDP umbrella.
