Odumodublvck has publicly criticized a rival regarding issues of stream farming and the tactics employed by record labels, labeling the situation as disgraceful for the hip-hop community.

He expressed his views on his X account on Monday, December 15, 2025.

He condemned the hypocrisy surrounding stream farming and highlighted the insignificant Christmas bonuses provided by labels, especially in light of the lack of enthusiasm for album releases.

“It’s troubling that you’re discussing farming while engaging in it yourself. This is a disgrace for hip-hop. Everyone noticed. You reached number one on Apple but only number seven on Spotify.

“Even after attempting to blackmail the entire crew with content that could ruin careers, nothing changed. God witnessed it all.

“A record label that pays artists during the Christmas season instead of allowing them to earn money for the label isn’t making any profit.

“Instead, they’re hosting shows to create the illusion of activity. You keep rapping about yourself, but your entire album lacks impact. Not a single track is worthy of a booking. Hip-hop? It’s finished,” Odumodublvck said.

Fans are connecting this to his ongoing feud with Blaqbonez, especially following Blaqbonez’s October album ‘No Excuses’ and his diss track ‘ACL’, which have previously fueled tensions.

While some fans suggest that Odumodublvck should concentrate on producing new music, others humorously encourage him to enjoy his current success.

Blaqbonez has not yet responded, but the competitive spirit in Nigerian rap remains high.

@Dahelijah commented that “industry machine talking about hip hop from behind keyboards. The hip-hop culture you claim to care about should have you recording in the studio instead of complaining on X.”

@AmarchreeBomate stated: “Just because you don’t see movement doesn’t mean there’s no market activity.

“Streams, royalties, writing credits, and backend deals don’t make noise like street bookings. Hip-hop isn’t dead. It’s your understanding of the game that’s lacking.”

@Ogwaves remarked that “Odumodu Emeka has been relevant for 8 years now; you can only speak when you’ve achieved the same level of longevity. For now, focus on your grind.”
