Nestoil Group has addressed recent media reports on alleged enforcement actions and ongoing legal processes involving its corporate assets, assuring the public and stakeholders that the company remains financially strong, fully operational, and committed to transparency.

According to a statement by its Corporate Communications Department, Nestoil acknowledged awareness of the reports and confirmed that the matter under reference is a commercial issue currently before the courts. The company stated that it is being handled through the appropriate legal and regulatory channels.

The Group emphasized that it continues to cooperate fully with relevant authorities and financial institutions to resolve all outstanding matters transparently and responsibly.

“Constructive discussions are ongoing, and we remain confident that these engagements will result in a fair and lasting resolution,” the statement read.

Despite the media reports, Nestoil assured that all its subsidiaries, projects, and operations across the oil, gas, power, and infrastructure sectors remain unaffected. The company maintained that proactive measures have been taken to safeguard its workforce, sustain operations, and meet obligations to clients and partners.

Reiterating its three-decade legacy, Nestoil described itself as one of Nigeria’s foremost indigenous EPC and energy companies, committed to resilience, integrity, and respect for the rule of law. “These values define who we are and serve as a constant anchor through every challenge and opportunity,” it added.

The Group also urged the public and media to rely solely on verified communications issued directly by Nestoil to avoid misinformation.
