A new political movement known as the Ndokwa Forward has thrown its weight behind the Tinubu administration and Delta State Governor, Sheriff Oborevwori, and the Deputy Governor, Sir Monday Onyeme, with a commitment to galvanize grassroots support across the Ndokwa nation.

The group made its official debut over the weekend during a courtesy visit to the Deputy Governor, Sir Monday Onyeme, where it pledged loyalty to the Renewed Hope agenda of the president and the MORE agenda of the Oborevwori administration.

Receiving the group in Asaba, Sir Onyeme expressed deep appreciation for the initiative, describing it as a timely and strategic platform to promote developmental policies within Ndokwa land.

He commended the leadership and members of the group for their passion and dedication, encouraging them to intensify their mobilization efforts.

“I sincerely commend Ndokwa Forward for its bold step. You are doing a great service not only to the current administration but to our people.

“Let us continue to spread the message of progress and good governance,” Onyeme said, urging them to remain focused in their grassroots engagements ahead of future elections.

The deputy governor emphasized the need for sustained support for Gov. Oborevwori’s administration to ensure the continued delivery of democratic dividends across Delta State.

He also reaffirmed his commitment to the group’s vision and pledged to work closely with them to realize shared goals for the region’s development.

Speaking earlier, the Leader of Ndokwa Forward, Sam Osasa, stated that the group’s emergence stems from a deep desire to promote the socio-political interests of Ndokwa people by aligning with progressive leadership at both the state and federal levels.

“Our mission is clear: to rally support for President Tinubu, Governor Oborevwori, and Deputy Governor Onyeme,” Osasa declared.

“We believe this synergy will yield sustainable benefits for our people.”

He stressed that Ndokwa Forward would remain a critical voice in advocating for developmental priorities and ensuring that the policies of the current administration are effectively communicated to the grassroots.

Also in attendance were co-leaders of the group, George Ugbomah representing Ndokwa East, and Chief Isaac Onyesom from Ukwuani.

Their joint presence, Osasa noted, signifies a unified Ndokwa political front ready to support initiatives that foster growth, unity, and progress.

The visit marks the beginning of what stakeholders believe could be a formidable political force as Ndokwa Forward seeks to reshape narratives and strengthen democratic participation in the region.
