Liverpool, Salah contract talks stalled

Premier League leading goal scorer Mohamed Salah has revealed there are no assurances he will remain a Liverpool player when his contract expires next summer, The Trumpet gathered.

Salah’s Liverpool future appears to be bleak as talks over a new deal that will keep him at the club appear to have been stalled after several months of negotiations.

The striker has overtime become one of the best strikers in the world since becoming a Liverpool player after his transfer from Roma about five years ago.

An Anfield hero and fans’ favourite who has helped the club to be on course for a quadruple this season, said, “I don’t know, I have one year left.”

The striker stressed that should he decide to leave Anfield at the end of his current contract, money will not be a deciding factor.
