BOMADI – The people of Esanma community in Bomadi Local Government Area of Delta State have expressed their gratitude to Senator Joel-Onowakpo Thomas for facilitating the construction of internal roads in their community.
According to Mr. John Lucky, an indigene of Esanma, the community has never experienced such a project from any administration since the inception of democracy in 1999, until the senator representing Delta South Senatorial District in the 10th National Assembly took office.
In a congratulatory message signed by Mr. Lucky, he commended the quality of the access road. This road is one of the many high-quality constituency projects initiated by the senator to alleviate economic hardship, improve infrastructure, and enhance education and healthcare development within his senatorial district.
The message read in part:
“In an effort to provide good roads, Senator Joel-Onowakpo attracted a road project to Esanma community through the National Productivity Center as part of his constituency projects. It is the first project of its kind in Esanma community since the beginning of democracy in 1999.”
