A group, Igben Political Family (IPF) has lauded Deputy Senate President Ovie Omo-Agege for his massive development strides in Delta Central senatorial district, saying that if elected as governor, the state would witness tremendous transformation.
The IPF which is a political group founded by the Federal Commissioner representing Delta State in the Public Complaints Commission, Hon. Harvest Igben, also vowed to support the guber aspiration of the Delta Central Senator.
Speaking during the inauguration of the Udu Ward 4 Executive of IPF in Udu Local Government area of the state, the commissioner commended the group on its grassroots mobilization inclination.
Igben, represented by the General Coordinator of IPF, Mr. Ejoor Mukoro, stressed the need for members of the group to be loyal to the IPF and the APC, adding that he had absolute confidence in members of the group.
He commended the local government executive for mobilizing the people at the grassroot level for the APC, just as he charged the newly inaugurated Ward executive to work closely with the local government executive for the success of the party during the 2023 general election.
He urged them to go out and woo those who are not in any political party into the APC and the IPF, just as advised them against sharing their votes but to give total support to the party.
Earlier, the All Progressives Congress (APC) Ward 4 chairman, Mr Felix Otie, said the meeting was to formally inaugurate the Ward 4 Igben Political Family IPF to synergize with the party to secure victory for it.

Inaugurating the group, the Udu local government IPF chairman, Mr Godwin Dolor advised them to show commitment towards the task ahead.
Hon Felix German in his remarks appealed to members of the group and others present to be patient and committed for them to enjoy the dividends of democracy.
Using himself as example, Hon German who was the formal Minority Leader to the Udu Local Government legislative arm said it was his loyalty and commitment that gave rise to his being elected as councilor to represent the Ward.
He assured the people of Emadadja community that they stand to benefit immensely in the next political dispensation if they work hard to give victory to the party.
Members of executive of the Igben Political Family IPF Ward 4 include, Mr Bright Ahunu, Felix Okorode, Paulina Onoseme, James Samuel and Moses Torere.
