The Governor of Ondo State, Mr. Lucky Aiyedatiwa, has dissolved his cabinet, retaining only two commissioners.
Those retained by the governor are the state Attorney General and Commissioner for Justice, Dr. Kayode Ajulo and Commissioner for Finance, Mrs. Omowunmi Isaac due to the essential nature of their roles.
This was made known in a statement released by the governor’s Chief Press Secretary, Ebenezer Adeniyan, on Wednesday.

The statement said that the affected cabinet members were instructed to hand over all government properties in their possession to the accounting officers of their respective ministries.
Gov. Aiyedatiwa expressed appreciation to the sacked commissioners for their contributions to the state’s development, acknowledging their untiring efforts in achieving set objectives while they were in office.
