Fulham are currently in discussions to sign winger Oscar Bobb from Manchester City.
The 22-year-old has seen his playing time diminish under Pep Guardiola, especially after the recent £62.5 million acquisition of forward Antoine Semenyo.
According to sources, conversations have occurred between the two clubs, but Fulham has not yet submitted a formal bid.
Bobb, who has attracted interest from Bundesliga club Borussia Dortmund, has made 15 appearances for City this season without finding the net.
His last match was on December 17 against Brentford in the Carabao Cup, where he had to leave the field due to injury within the first 20 minutes.
When City plays Bodo/Glimt in the Champions League group stage on Tuesday, Guardiola commented on Bobb’s injury, stating that “he says he is not fit, so he is not fit.”

With Semenyo’s arrival increasing competition on the right wing, where Brazilian Savinho also plays, Bobb may be permitted to leave this month, either on loan or through a permanent transfer.
Under Marco Silva, Fulham has only lost one of its last seven matches, currently sitting 11th in the league and advancing to the fourth round of the FA Cup.
Bobb has represented Norway six times this year, contributing to their qualification for this summer’s World Cup, and would join fellow Norwegian Sander Berge at Craven Cottage.
He missed nearly the entire previous season after fracturing a bone in his leg during training in August 2024.
