The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) has declared three individuals wanted in connection with alleged fraud, criminal conversion of funds, and a multi-million naira foreign exchange scam.

Key Highlights:

  • Economic and Financial Crimes Commission declared three suspects wanted over alleged fraud and forex-related offences.
  • Emeka Johnson Iheanacho is accused of obtaining money by false pretences and fund diversion.
  • Ogadima Dominic Duru and Khalidur Rahman Mohammad Talukder are linked to an alleged ₦993 million forex fraud.
  • Both men are directors of DKK Partners Limited.
  • The EFCC is seeking public help to locate the suspects.

In a notice issued by the anti-graft agency, 48-year-old Emeka Johnson Iheanacho, an indigene of Abia State on Tuesday, was declared wanted over allegations of obtaining money under false pretences and criminal conversion of funds.

The EFCC said Iheanacho’s last known address is located at 17 Woodland Rise, Chilmington Green, Ashford, Kent, TN23 8AR, United Kingdom.

The commission also declared two directors of DKK Partners Limited, Ogadima Dominic Duru, 39, and Khalidur Rahman Mohammad Talukder, wanted for allegedly obtaining money by false pretence and criminal breach of trust.

The EFCC said the two men are being sought in connection with an alleged N993 million foreign exchange fraud case.

The agency disclosed that a representative of DKK Partners Limited had earlier been arrested in March 2026 as part of ongoing investigations into the matter.

The anti-corruption agency listed Duru’s last known address as Suite 2A, Lapal House, 235 Igbosere Road, Lagos Island, Lagos State, while Talukder’s last known address was given as Devonshire House, 1 Mayfair Place, London W1J 8AJ, United Kingdom.

The EFCC appealed to members of the public with credible information regarding the whereabouts of the three suspects to contact any of its offices across the country or report to the nearest police station.

The commission said information provided by the public could assist ongoing efforts to track down the suspects and advance investigations into the alleged offences.
