Chelsea have entered the race to sign Leeds United and Brazilian winger, Raphinha who is being courted by North London club Arsenal with growing interest from Barcelona and Tottenham.
The player was very instrumental to the survival of Leeds in the English topflight division after pulling some decisive stunts, including scoring the opener in the last season’s final game against Brentford at Brentford Stadium.
Reportedly, Chelsea having contacted Manchester City for Raheem Sterling to bolster their attack with club owner Todd Boehly eager to ensure the Blues return as a top force in European and Premier League football, have turned their attention towards Raphinha.
Boehly recently consented to the season-loan deal for Romelu Lukaku who would be announced soon by Inter Milan after he completes his medical.

With Lukaku out of the squad for next season alongside Antonio Rudiger and Andreas Christensen, who both left on a free transfer to Real Madrid and Barcelona respectively, Boehly adjudged as the interim sports director in Stamford Bridge wants replacements and additions to the club squad.
According to Sky Sport, Leeds United need more than £50m for the 25-year-old, who was signed two years ago from French Ligue 1 club Rennes for £17m.
Chelsea in a bid to lure the Brazilian to Stamford Bridge while edging out Arsenal in the race to sign him from Leeds, have proposed a five-year deal worth £115,000-a-week for Raphinha according to a report from Italy.
Arsenal had earlier tendered a bid for Raphinha which was bluntly rejected by the Whites but Gunners are not deterred as they prepare a second bid to bring the player to the Emirates Stadium.
