The event had been promoted with the promise of a ₦50 million reward for the winner.

However, days after the match, Carter Efe has publicly lamented that he is yet to receive the prize money.

In a video circulating on X, the entertainer expressed frustration, stating that he risked his life in the ring but has not been compensated.

“Dem never give me my money. I never see ₦50 million. I nearly die for that fight, I never see the money. Make dem pay me,” he said.

The situation has sparked conversations online, especially claims made by Portable following his defeat.

The singer alleged that the outcome of the fight was predetermined, suggesting it may have been staged to avoid paying out large betting sums reportedly placed on him.

Despite the growing controversy, the organizers of the event have yet to issue an official statement addressing the delay in payment or the allegations surrounding the match.
