Big Brother Naija Season 11 has thrown up another major surprise after Abi and Araga were evicted from the reality show, leaving fans stunned as the competition enters its final stretch.
The two housemates were sent packing during Sunday’s live eviction show, in a development that has sparked fresh debate among viewers over the strength of fanbases and voting patterns in the ‘Show Ya Sef’ edition.
Abi’s eviction is particularly significant because she had emerged as a prominent figure in the house, while Araga had also managed to attract attention as the season progressed.
Their exits mean that the race for the ₦160 million grand prize is becoming increasingly unforgiving, with only 14 housemates now remaining in the competition.

The latest eviction also comes just one week after Gerard was shown the exit door, adding to a rapidly changing lineup that has already seen Martins, Mercedes, Kamsy, Cassi, Sultex and Goddessa evicted.
Neche also voluntarily quit the competition, while Nomy was disqualified after repeatedly defying Big Brother’s instructions.
With Abi and Araga now out, questions are likely to intensify over who has the strongest voting machinery going into the remaining weeks of the season.
The ‘Show Ya Sef’ edition premiered on July 26, 2026, with 24 housemates competing for the ₦160 million grand prize.
