Atletico Madrid are interested in Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) player Georgino Wijnaldum to cover up the lapses being experienced in the midfield.
With the 27 years old Rodrigo De Paul not able to settle properly in Spain after he was signed from Udinese last summer, the Colchoneros are looking towards the option of Wijnaldum who may likely leave PSG at the end of the summer.

Wijnaldum was signed from Liverpool by Les Parisiens on a free transfer but has been struggling to adapt to the team’s attacking formation which is quite different from the Reds 4-3-3 pattern.
The PSG player may likely switch to Spain in the summer to have an opportunity of playing regular first-team football that he is yet to enjoy in the French capital.
The Dutch international with a Ligue one goal has appeared 8 times as a substitute while starting 13 times in Ligue 1 games for PSG this season.
