Arise TV has celebrated the Honourable Minister of Women Affairs, Hajiya Imaan Sulaiman Ibrahim, for her unwavering dedication to championing the rights of women, children, and vulnerable groups in Nigeria.
The prestigious recognition was announced at an exclusive event held at the Eko Hotel Convention Centre on Monday. The minister, who was represented by philanthropist and founder of the Alafia Foundation, Mrs. Olasumbo Odunsi, was lauded for her transformative impact on gender equality and humanitarian governance.

Dr. Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala was recognized as a global economic trailblazer, while Dr. Amina Mohammed, the Deputy Secretary-General of the United Nations, received accolades for her leadership in sustainable development. Justice Kudirat Kekere-Ekun, Senator Ireti Kingibe, Hadiza Bala Usman, and other distinguished figures such as Jumoke Oduwole, Minister of Industry, Trade and Investment; Hannatu Musawa, Minister of Arts and Culture; Professor Suwaiba Said Ahmad; and Senator Natasha Akpoti were also celebrated for their contributions.
