Residents of Kabba Bunu in Kogi West have organized a protest in response to the deteriorating security conditions in their neighborhoods.
The demonstrators, who gathered in large numbers expressed their concerns about the rising activities of bandits, noting that many locals have been kidnapped and are still being held captive.
They urged the federal and state governments to take swift and decisive measures, warning that continued inaction could further destabilize the area.

According to the protesters, the fear of attacks has compelled many villagers to flee their homes, leaving several communities nearly deserted.
They emphasized the need for immediate intervention to restore peace and prevent the situation from escalating further.
