Tragedy has struck the Nollywood industry once again with the untimely passing of renowned Nigerian movie producer and actor Kayode Peters, who died in Canada.
His death was confirmed by fellow industry colleagues Steve Onu, popularly known as Yaw, and actor Mofe Duncan through heartfelt social media posts expressing their grief.
“Sad news: Kayode Peters, esteemed movie actor and producer, passed away in Canada this morning. May his soul rest in perfect peace,” Onu wrote, highlighting the profound loss felt within the entertainment community.

He was widely recognized for his memorable role as Koko in the popular early 2000s comedy sitcoms “Twilight Zone” and “Flatmates,” which garnered a significant following and showcased his exceptional talent.
