The All Progressives Congress (APC) in Lagos State has expressed its support for President Bola Tinubu, praising his efforts to create a government that includes and unites all Nigerians.

In a recent statement, the Lagos State APC spokesman, Mr. Seye Oladejo, emphasized that Tinubu is working to ensure every citizen feels valued, regardless of their background.

He noted that in a time when many democracies face division, Tinubu’s administration demonstrates that unity can be achieved through fair opportunities and leadership that considers everyone’s needs.

Oladejo urged all Nigerians to support the president as he continues his mission to lead with fairness and vision.

He expressed pride in being associated with Tinubu, highlighting the president’s strong commitment to being inclusive since he took office on May 29, 2023.

The spokesman criticized the opposition for trying to undermine the progress made in inclusive governance.

He pointed out that Tinubu has made significant strides in areas like appointments, gender balance, youth involvement, and infrastructure development across the country.

“Two years into his leadership, President Tinubu is proving that he values all Nigerians, regardless of their ethnicity, religion, or political beliefs,” Oladejo said.

He praised Tinubu’s cabinet, stating that it reflects the diverse makeup of the country and that people from all six regions are equally represented.

Notably, women and marginalized communities are taking on important roles in shaping national policies.

Oladejo also highlighted Tinubu’s approach to governance as one that seeks collaboration rather than division.

“By including competent individuals from different political backgrounds and sectors, his administration emphasizes progress over partisanship, fostering a sense of teamwork and trust among citizens.

“Furthermore, Tinubu is making space for young leaders. Many individuals under the age of 40 have been given key positions, particularly in innovative areas such as technology and renewable energy, which are crucial for the country’s future,” he said.

The spokesman also addressed concerns about religious balance in governance.

He pointed out that both Christians and Muslims have been appointed to important positions, and resources are being shared fairly across the nation, showing Tinubu’s commitment to unity.

Lastly, Oladejo stressed that inclusion is a vital part of the president’s plan for infrastructure development.

He mentioned various projects that aim to benefit all Nigerians, including the Lagos-Calabar Coastal Highway and the Port Harcourt-Maiduguri Rail Line, reinforcing a vision of shared growth and prosperity for every citizen.
