Speaker of the Delta State House of Assembly, Emomotimi Guwor, has congratulated the Managing Director of the Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC), Chief Samuel Ogbuku, on his 50th birthday.
In a statement issued on Tuesday by his Chief Press Secretary, Mr. Nkem Nwaeke, Guwor described Ogbuku as a worthy son of the Niger Delta and an ambassador of the Ijaw nation.
He noted that turning 50 was a milestone of reflection and gratitude, adding that Ogbuku’s golden jubilee was not just a celebration of age but of impact.
The speaker commended the NDDC boss for his leadership, which he said had been marked by vision, integrity, and commitment to the transformation of the Niger Delta.
