The Police Command in Adamawa have arrested a woman named Face Samuel, a resident of Army Barracks Road in Yola-North LGA, for impersonating a Vehicle Inspection Officer.
SP Suleiman Nguroje, the command spokesperson disclosed this in a statement in Yola on Wednesday.
According to Suleiman Nguroje, the command spokesperson, the arrest was made by operatives from the State Intelligence Department after receiving credible intelligence about her activities.

Samuel allegedly posed as a V.I.O officer on multiple occasions and defrauded four individuals out of ₦350,000 by falsely promising them employment with the State Ministry of Transportation.
He said during questioning, she confessed to her crimes and indicated that the uniform used in her fraudulent activities was provided by an unidentified person.
Commissioner of Police, CP Dankombo Morris, has urged the public to report similar criminal behavior to security agencies and assured that a thorough investigation will be conducted to identify additional victims and potential accomplices involved in the scam.
