The All Progressives Congress (APC) youth in the Delta North Senatorial District have passed a vote of confidence on Sen. Ned Nwoko, affirming their full support for him.
This declaration was made at the end of a meeting held at Zebra Bistro in Amai, Ukwani Local Government Area of Delta State.
The meeting convened by the Delta North Senatorial District APC Youth Leader, High Chief Chukwutem Nwogor, brought together youth leaders, stakeholders, and party members from the nine local government areas of Delta North.
The meeting focused on uniting and strengthening the party’s structures at the grassroots ahead of the 2027 general elections, and the endorsement of Sen. Nwoko.
In the communique released at the end of the meeting, the youth stakeholders commended Sen. Nwoko’s “courageous move” to align with the APC, describing him as a proactive and people-focused legislator who has continued to deliver quality representation for the people of Delta North
“The APC Delta North Senatorial Youth Leadership hereby passes a vote of confidence on Senator Ned Nwoko.
“We applaud his proactive service in the National Assembly and his sincere efforts to unite APC stakeholders across our senatorial district,” the APC youth said.

The group also praised Sen. Nwoko’s commitment to youth development, citing his engagement and empowerment programmes.
Addressing the youths, Nwogorn urged all APC leaders to intensify mobilisation and attract more members into the party, reminding members that victory in 2027 begins with unity and responsibility at the grassroots.
“It is not only those in positions who must work; everyone must rise to the task. Together, we must deliver APC,” he emphasised.
The meeting concluded with a renewed call for loyalty, cohesion, and a commitment to collective action.
The youth stakeholders pledged to work closely with Sen. Nwoko to ensure that the APC retains the National Assembly seats it won in 2023 but also expands its influence in Delta State by the 2027 election cycle.
