The Pentecostal Fellowship of Nigeria (PFN) has ushered in a new era of leadership in the South-South, with the appointment of Archbishop Emmah Gospel Isong as the National Vice President for the region. This decision, made by the National President of PFN, Bishop Francis Wale Oke, has been met with widespread acclaim, including high praise from Apostle Dr. Kiyaramo G. Timiebi.

Speaking with journalists in Yenagoa over the weekend, Apostle Kiyaramo, who serves as the General Superintendent of Kingdom Grace Mission Inc. Church in Bayelsa State, described Archbishop Isong as a leader of exceptional integrity and honor. He expressed confidence in Isong’s ability to drive the organization’s vision forward and strengthen the Christian community in the region.

Apostle Kiyaramo also commended the immediate past National Vice President of PFN (South-South), Apostle Prince David Zilly Aggrey, for his outstanding leadership and dedication. According to him, Apostle Aggrey played a pivotal role in stabilizing the PFN in the region through his godly wisdom, commitment, and strategic guidance. He noted that under Aggrey’s leadership, the Royal House of Grace International Church became a beacon of hope for many, with its founder’s unwavering commitment to spreading the gospel.

The announcement of Archbishop Isong’s appointment came in a letter dated March 27, 2025, in which Bishop Wale Oke expressed confidence in his ability to execute the responsibilities of the role effectively. As the new South-South National Vice President, Archbishop Isong will oversee PFN executives across six states—Edo, Delta, Bayelsa, Rivers, Akwa Ibom, and Cross River. His duties will include driving membership engagement, supervising appointments and elections within state executive councils, and implementing the 8th National Executive Council’s Cardinal Agenda.

With this transition, the PFN is set for a new phase of growth and unity in the South-South region, as Archbishop Isong steps into a leadership role that promises to further strengthen the organization’s impact.
