Governor Ahmadu Fintiri of Adamawa State has urged members of his cabinet and permanent secretaries to uphold integrity and focus on the development of state, by shunning corruption.
The governor made the remarks on Sunday, while receiving Eid-el-Fitr homage from his cabinet members at the Government House, Yola.
The delegation led by the Deputy Governor, Kaletapwa Farauta, congratulated Gov. Fintiri on the successful completion of Ramadan and the Eid celebrations.
Expressing gratitude to Almighty Allah for the holy month, Gov. Fintiri commended his cabinet’s loyalty and reaffirmed his commitment to delivering good governance.
He urged them to carry forward the values of Ramadan and ensure that his administration’s legacy endures beyond his tenure.

Deputy Governor Farauta, in her remarks, praised Gov. Fintiri’s leadership, stating that despite challenges across the country, Adamawa State has remained peaceful throughout Ramadan.
She assured the governor of the continued dedication of the cabinet members in supporting his administration’s vision for development.
The governor’s call for integrity and commitment comes amid ongoing efforts to strengthen governance and infrastructure in the state.
