Armed men masquerading as operatives of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) stormed White Hill Hotel on Shiroro Road, Chanchaga Local Government Area of Niger State, abducting ten unsuspecting guests.
The shocking incident, which unfolded at approximately 4:58 AM on February 27, has sent shockwaves through the region. According to reports from Zagazola Makama, a publication specializing in counter-insurgency coverage of the Lake Chad region, the assailants arrived under the guise of EFCC personnel conducting an official operation.
