Barcelona, keen on building the club ahead of next season, have intensified their efforts to land Borussia Dortmund striker Erling Haaland as its key target during the summer transfer window.
Erling Haaland is one of the most sought players by top European clubs looking to bolster their respective teams for next season’s campaign.
Barcelona, who will face tough competition with the likes of fellow Spanish rival, Real Madrid and Premier League title contender Manchester City, are looking to devise a way to woo the player to Catalonia.

According to reports, Barcelona President Joan Laporta has made Erling Haaland his prime target for the season as other clubs look to inject new breeds to the team.
Meanwhile, L’Esportiu revealed that the head coach Xavi Hernendez and sporting advisor Jodi Cruyff travelled to Germany on Tuesday to speak with the player who has been on the sidelines since the end of January due to a muscle injury,
However, the outcome of the meeting between the duo and Haaland was not made public.
A counter-information by another source reports that it would be unlikely true that Johan Cruyff was part of the meeting in Germany who was believed to have travelled to London to negotiate with Chelsea over a possible move for Andreas Christensen in the summer.
Joan Laporta was in France to meet with Mino Raiola to discuss issues, a strategy aimed to build a relationship ahead of time with the renowned Dutch agent before the summer transfer window opens.
