The permanent secretary of the ministry of health, Mrs Dajum Kachollom ,has emphasized the need for transparency and accountability in any development project while calling on all development partners to ensure that disbursement of funds are done in close collaboration with the ministry.
This was disclosed at a meeting with delegates from global funds where she states emphatically that” Accountability is the center of this administrations mission. She also reiterated that the ministry has implemented a sector wide approach to drive impactful priority found projects in health care systems.

She says as Nigeria works closely with partners like Global funds , this collaborative approach will strengthen health care care system and improve effectiveness.
