Senator Joel Onowakpo, representing the Delta South Senatorial District, has extended his heartfelt congratulations to His Royal Majesty, Barr. Peremobowei Shedrack Erebulu, Aduo III, the Pere of Kabowei Kingdom, on the occasion of his 7th Coronation Anniversary.
