SIFAX Group has highlighted the importance and strategic role customers and employees play in the growth and survival of its various businesses, describing both stakeholders as the blood that businesses need to grow and succeed.
The SIFAX Group stated this as the company celebrated the 2024 annual Customer Service Week with the theme: Above and Beyond.
Speaking at the grand finale of the week-long celebration, Group Coordinating Director, SIFAX Group, Wunmi Eniola-Jegede, said no business can survive without these two key stakeholders.
Her words: “This week presents the company another good opportunity to celebrate our customers who have continued to keep our businesses going across all our subsidiaries.
“The customer is king, and we recognize the logic behind this popular saying. The customer determines whether a business survives or not through their loyal patronage or shifting to another business.
“That is the reason we have designed an exceptional customer experience that meets and exceeds the expectations of our customers. Either through our innovative products and services or experience through our different touch points, we strive at all times to satisfy their yearnings.

“Our employees are not left out of the celebration as we recognize the critical role they also play in the business through their commitment, enthusiasm, and dedication to duties which have made our customers to keep coming back.”
Commenting on this year’s theme, Group Head of Marketing and Customer Service, Catherine Abuah, highlighted the importance of stellar service delivery, urging employees to treat customer service delivery as important to both external and internal customers, in this case, colleagues.
“Exceeding the customer’s expectations, going the extra mile is what sets us apart,” she said.
In the weeklong celebration of excellence and dedication, SIFAX Group marked this year’s Customer Service Week with a series of engaging activities across its subsidiaries.
The activities included interactive sessions, workshops and team building activities. Health talks, medical screenings, role play by senior executives and appreciation visits to key customers, among others were also part of the celebration.
