Chelsea start the 2022-23 English Premier League(EPL) season on an away clash against Everton at the Goodison Park to kick start their campaign for silverware.

The Blues last season lost 1-0 at Goodison Park to Frank Lampard who was battling for survival from the relegation zone.

Thomas Tuchel’s club finished third on the Premier League table last season and under the new ownership of Todd Boehly-led consortium would forge a new campaign outside Roman Abramovich, the nucleus of the club’s new historical era.

After the game against Frank Lampard’s side on August 6, Chelsea welcome fellow London club Tottenham to Stamford Bridge a week later on 13 August.

Probably in what will seem like revenge against FA Cup champions Liverpool in the successive month, Chelsea will host UEFA Champions League finalist in Stade de France in Stamford Bridge on September 17 after derbies with West Ham and Fulham respectively.

However, Chelsea will end the season at home against Newcastle on May 28, 2023, after a cracker with defending champions Manchester City at the Etihad on May 20, 2023.

Penultimate and antepenultimate clashes with newly promoted sides, Bournemouth and Nottingham Forest on May 6 and May 13 respectively, Tuchel’s Chelsea will battle with Mikel Arteta’s Arsenal on April 29 at the Emirates Stadium.
