Phyna Beats Nkechi Blessing in Celebrity Boxing Bout
Phyna’s latest comments followed her victory over actress Nkechi Blessing at the Chaos in the Ring event organised by Balmoral Promotions in Lagos.
The fight was scheduled for four rounds, with Phyna stopping Nkechi Blessing in the fourth round.

Who Is DJ Dimple Nipple?
DJ Dimple Nipple, whose real name is Rachael Oluwabukola Martins, is a Nigerian DJ and social-media personality known for sharing boxing and fitness-related training videos.
Phyna described DJ Dimple as a professional boxer while explaining why she did not want to face her. However, that characterisation has not been independently established in terms of a formal professional boxing record or competitive ranking.
Celebrity boxing appearances, fitness training and professional competitive boxing are not necessarily the same.
Phyna Wants to Fight Jarvis
Rather than accepting a potential fight against DJ Dimple, Phyna identified content creator Jarvis as her preferred opponent.
Jarvis has previously responded to suggestions that she should fight Phyna. In a May 2026 video, she reportedly argued that the two personalities were not in the same category and warned that a meeting in the ring would not end well for the reality star.
Despite the latest call from Phyna, no official fight between the pair has been announced.
Social Media Reacts to Phyna’s Decision
The video attracted thousands of views after being shared by entertainment platforms, including YabaLeftOnline.
Reactions on X were mixed, with some users supporting Phyna’s decision to avoid a potentially more difficult opponent, while others joked about her preference for Jarvis.
Some commenters interpreted the decision as Phyna recognising her limits, while others suggested she was deliberately choosing an opponent she believed would present a more manageable challenge. Those comments reflect online reactions and should not be treated as professional assessments of the fighters’ respective abilities.
No Phyna vs DJ Dimple or Jarvis Fight Confirmed
Despite the growing online discussion, there is currently no confirmed boxing bout between Phyna and either DJ Dimple Nipple or Jarvis.
The exchange comes amid growing interest in Nigerian celebrity boxing, where reality stars, actors, influencers and other public figures have increasingly participated in entertainment-focused bouts.
For now, Phyna appears to have made her preference clear: she wants Jarvis rather than DJ Dimple as her next potential opponent.
