Nigerian singer Peter Okoye, popularly known as Mr. P has released the fifth instalment of his video series on the prolonged dispute involving his twin brother, Paul Okoye, and their elder brother and former manager, Jude Okoye.
In the latest video, Peter alleged that Jude once threatened to shoot him during a disagreement over the ownership of a property in the United States.
According to the singer, the alleged confrontation occurred after he questioned plans to sell the property.
Peter further claimed that he was later presented with documents that would have transferred his ownership rights in the property to Jude’s wife.
He said he refused to sign the documents. The singer also alleged that Jude had threatened his life on several occasions over the years.
Peter claimed that one of the alleged incidents was captured on video, while another was referenced in the letter announcing the 2017 breakup of Psquare.
The latest video began with footage from the brothers’ widely publicised 2015 altercation, which was previously shared by Linda Ikeji’s Blog in 2017.

Peter said his decision to publicly discuss the family dispute is not motivated by a desire for sympathy, but by his determination to tell his side of the story.
He also disputed claims that Jude financially invested in Psquare at the beginning of the group’s career.
According to Peter, the alleged investment was used as the basis for an agreement that resulted in the group’s earnings being shared equally.
The singer claimed that he, Paul and Jude graduated from university around the same period and that Jude was unemployed at the time.
Peter said their eldest brother was the one who financially supported the Psquare dream in its early stages. He further alleged that their eldest brother is no longer close to the family because of Jude.
Psquare, made up of Peter and Paul Okoye, became one of Africa’s biggest music acts before splitting in 2017 following disagreements within the family.
The brothers reunited in 2021 but later went their separate ways again in 2024 following renewed disagreements over finances and management.
Peter’s latest video is the fifth instalment in his ongoing series addressing the issues surrounding the group’s split and the long-running family dispute.
The allegations made by Peter have continued to generate reactions online, with some social media users expressing sympathy for the singer while others criticised the brothers for publicly discussing their family disagreements.
