Nigerian striker Victor Osimhen has been named among the world’s top five forwards by former Galatasaray teammate Przemyslaw Frankowski, who compared the Super Eagles star with elite finishers Erling Haaland and Harry Kane.
The Polish international, now on loan at French club Stade Rennais, hailed Osimhen’s relentless work ethic, determination, and instinct for goals, describing him as one of the finest attackers in world football.
Frankowski said the Nigerian’s physical and mental preparation before every match is exceptional, adding that his commitment and consistency set him apart from many of the game’s leading strikers.
The pair played together at Galatasaray under coach Okan Buruk, where they developed a strong understanding before Frankowski’s move to France.

Osimhen has established himself as one of Galatasaray’s standout performers, registering 59 goals and 16 assists in 74 appearances across all competitions.
Despite persistent transfer speculation linking him with European heavyweights such as Barcelona and Chelsea, the Nigerian international is reportedly expected to remain with the Turkish champions for the upcoming season.
Osimhen will be hoping to build on his prolific form as Galatasaray pursue more domestic silverware and aim for a deeper run in European competitions.
