The estranged husband of Nollywood actress Uche Ogbodo, Bobby Maris has finally addressed the public following weeks of intense speculation over the collapse of their marriage but he’s refusing to give the answers many have been demanding.
In a video shared on his social media page, BobbyMaris acknowledged the flood of messages from fans urging him to tell his side of the story. However, he insisted he would not disclose what transpired between him and the actress, saying his decision is solely for the sake of their children.

Rather than fueling the controversy, BobbyMaris said he would remain silent despite the growing public interest surrounding their reported separation.
“Thank you so much to everyone who has been reaching out to me, those who called me personally… I really appreciate it. To those in my DM asking me to ‘speak up, speak up’… No, I wouldn’t do that because of the kids. Thank you so much and God bless you all,” he said.
BobbyMaris and Uche Ogbodo tied the knot in January 2023 and have two children together. The actress also has a daughter from a previous relationship.
His decision to stay silent has further fueled online conversations, with many social media users continuing to speculate about what may have led to the breakdown of the marriage. However, neither BobbyMaris nor Uche Ogbodo has publicly disclosed the reason for their separation.
