Governor Francis Nwifuru of Ebonyi State has congratulated Biodun Oyebanji on his re-election as governor of Ekiti State.
Governor Nwifuru said the overwhelming support of Ekiti people for Governor Oyebanji was predicated on his accomplishments in the last four years.

“May I on behalf of the people and government of Ebonyi State congratulate you on your landslide victory in the recent Ekiti gubernatorial poll.
“Your re-election after four years by Ekiti people confirms you not only laid the foundation for good governance, but also strictly pursued democratic ideals by delivering good governance anchored on infrastructure, equity, fairness and justice.

This was contained in a statement issued on Sunday night by the governor’s Chief Press Secretary, Monday Uzor and made available to newsmen in Abakaliki.
Governor Nwifuru expressed optimism that the re-election of Governor Oyebanji will herald a new dawn of infrastructural and human capital development blended governance for the people of Ekiti State.
