“Recently, one Bello pressurize me to help him transport some guns from Maigatari. I don’t know him, we only spoke on the phone. So this was the first time we met. This is my first involvement.
“Initially, I told him I’m not going but after one week he mounted pressure on me. So when I went yesterday, he brought the guns. So I was arrested on the way while transporting the guns to someone in Funtua.
“I know the guns are meant for robbery but I was destined to be arrested in this circumstance.
“We agreed he will pay me N450,000 upon delivery,” the suspect said.
The service, however, said the suspect will be prosecuted in the court of law while efforts were ongoing with other sister agencies to trace his accomplice.
