The dismissed personnel were identified as Yakubu Mubarak Yusuf, Isma’il Muhd, Adamu Auwalu, Abdulrazaq Suleiman and Ahmad Sarki.
The command’s spokesperson, Ibrahim Abdullahi, disclosed this in a statement issued on Tuesday in Kano.
According to the statement, the state Commandant, Mohammed Agalama, approved the dismissal after due consideration of the misconduct allegations against the affected personnel, which were found to be inconsistent with the corps’ values, ethics and operational standards.

The command added that all uniforms, accoutrements, identification materials and other official kits issued to the affected individuals had been withdrawn and seized.
Following the dismissal, Agalama directed all area commanders, divisional officers and other relevant officers across the state to take note of the development and ensure that the dismissed individuals were no longer recognised or engaged in any official capacity on behalf of the corps.
The commandant reiterated the corps’ zero-tolerance policy on indiscipline, warning that any personnel found engaging in acts capable of bringing the organisation into disrepute would face appropriate disciplinary action.
He reaffirmed the command’s commitment to professionalism, integrity and efficient service delivery in the discharge of its statutory responsibilities.
