Her mentor has provided distressing details about the events surrounding her death, igniting outrage online.
The woman, who identified herself as Lucky’s mentor on Instagram @triciabiz, stated that poor road conditions led to the accident.
She explained that a pothole caused the crash that ultimately resulted in Lucky’s death.
She pointed out the lack of proper emergency services, noting that no one was available to quickly transport the injured entrepreneur to a hospital.
Instead, bystanders reportedly took time to film the incident.
The mentor also mentioned that even after the accident, access to medical care was significantly delayed due to strikes at local hospitals, including Lautech.
Lucky had to be taken to another city in search of treatment.
Her condition was further complicated by the inadequacy of local hospitals.
According to @triciabiz, there was no functioning MRI in Ilorin, and the nearest one was located in Ogbomosho.
