Popular TikTok streamer Habeeb Hamzat, widely known as Peller, has appealed to his fans and followers for financial support to repair his damaged Mercedes-Benz SUV, saying the cost of repairs has been estimated at ₦11 million.
Peller made the appeal during a recent TikTok live session, weeks after he was involved in a controversial road accident that left the luxury vehicle badly damaged and resulted in his brief hospitalisation.
The accident, which occurred in December 2025 on the Lekki–Epe Expressway, drew widespread public attention after it happened during a livestream.
Speaking to viewers, the content creator said the high cost of repairs had made it difficult for him to fix the vehicle.
“They told me the repair would cost ₦11 million. I haven’t been able to fix it because the amount is too much for me right now. I thought maybe my fans who care about me could help,” he said.

Peller explained that the financial burden was one of the reasons the SUV remains unrepaired, noting that he only recently returned to social media after taking time off to recover emotionally from the incident.
In an emotional appeal, he urged supporters who were willing to assist to contribute towards the repair of the vehicle.
“This accident affected me mentally and financially. If anyone can help, I would really appreciate it. I just want to get my car back on the road,” he added.
The streamer had earlier described the crash as intentional, a claim that sparked concern and criticism among fans and the wider public.
Following the incident, the Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC) and the Lagos State Police Command indicated that legal action could be taken against him over alleged reckless and distracted driving.
Peller has since issued a public apology to the family of Jarvis and to Nigerians, as reactions to his appeal for financial assistance continue to generate debate across social media platforms.
