Nollywood actress, Regina Daniels has expressed frustration and despair over ongoing family struggles. In a heartfelt video shared via her Instagram Story, she revealed she is struggling emotionally and mentally,

In the video she said “I give up. ” She described feeling overwhelmed, saying, ” I feel like I’m going crazy, I’m losing my mind, and it’s not making any sense. I’m really crying in front of everybody.” Daniels, who celebrated her parents’ reconciliation earlier, explained that her parents reunited solely for her happiness,

Emphasising, “Two concluded sworn enemies reuniting with no negative ulterior motive other than their daughter’s happiness.” She also shared that her parents are in Abuja working to secure her brother Sammy’s release, who has been detained for days.

“Sammy’s detainment is taking way too long, but we will get him out even if I have to march there myself and create a storm! Since they want me!” she stated.

In another clip, actress Mercy Johnson was seen searching for Sammy, saying, “He’s not here,” before continuing her search elsewhere.

Amid tears, Daniels expressed her frustration and hinted at reuniting with her husband, questioning what she’s even begging for and describing her emotional struggles.

Her outcry coincides with her sharing a disturbing message about her brother’s detention, alleging abuse and corruption.

She questioned what her brother’s offense was, complaining about the injustice and the difficulty in securing his release, and emphasised her feelings of loss. Weeks prior, Daniels hinted at experiencing domestic violence, sharing a tearful video where she said,

“In Ned Nwoko’s house, I am nothing. But in my house, I am a queen. Not again. I can’t stand the violence, it’s too much.”

Ned Nwoko denied these allegations, attributing her outburst to “drug and alcohol abuse” and calling for her rehabilitation.

Recently, Daniels posted a plea for Nigerians to stop attacking her mother, describing her as her “pillar and protector.”
