The Delta State Commissioner for Higher Education, Professor Nyerhovwo Tonukari, has expressed profound appreciation to the Delta State House of Assembly for the passage of the Dual Mode Programme for Colleges of Education in the state.
In a statement on Friday, in Asaba, Prof. Tonukari specially lauded the Chairman of the House Committee on Education, Hon. Charles Emetulu, for his leadership and commitment in championing the bill that paved the way for this groundbreaking initiative.
He described the dual mode programme as a *transformative milestone in the state’s education sector, noting that it allows students to obtain both the NCE and degree certificates concurrently, without the need for affiliation with other institutions.
