Just days before the announcement of the grand winner, Faith, one of the standout contestants in the current Big Brother Naija Season 10, has been evicted after a physical confrontation with fellow housemate Sultana.
Faith, who has held the head of house title twice, served as interim head of house once, and was named Most Influential Player of the Week twice, was instructed to leave the house immediately.
This decision came after Big Brother Nigeria addressed the physical altercation involving Faith and Sultana.
Earlier today, a disagreement escalated into a struggle over a basket between the two housemates.
Emotions ran high, and during the scuffle, Faith, a medical doctor, pulled the basket away from Sultana, causing her to lose her balance and fall.
Sultana, who has also served as head of house once, limped as she got back on her feet.
A few hours later, Big Brother took action regarding the incident, which violated house rules, and ordered Faith to exit.

“For engaging in physical violence with Sultana over a disagreement, Faith is disqualified from the competition and must leave the house immediately,” Biggie announced.
During her time on the show, Faith made history by becoming the first contestant to achieve the Head of House title three times, with two HoH wins, one interim HoH, and two Most Influential Player of the Week awards.
With Faith’s eviction, nine housemates have advanced to the finals, where they will await the announcement of the grand winner on Sunday.
The show began on July 26, with the grand finale set for October 5.
The nine finalists are Sultana, Mensan, Kaybobo, Koyin, Kola, Jason Jae, Dede, Isabella, and Imisi.
In total, 19 housemates have been evicted in previous weeks, including Sabrina, who left due to medical issues.
Other evicted contestants include Kayikunmi, Otega, Ibifubara, Danboskid, Victory, Gigi Jasmine, Big Soso, Ivatar, Doris, Tracy, Denari, Thelma Lawson, Bright Morgan, Kuture, Joanna, Zita, Mide, and Rooboy.
The remaining nine housemates will compete for the N140 million grand prize, which has been adjusted from the previously advertised N150 million due to Kaybobo’s uneventful progression to the final phase.
