Concerned youths of Ezza South local government Area of Ebonyi State on Saturday, presented a ₦25million naira cheque to support Mr Sunday Nwali to pursue his ambition in the forthcoming council election.
The group said the gesture is a testament to Nwali’s selfless service to humanity especially in Ezza South local government Area.
They stated that his remarkable antecedents in sponsoring students for overseas studies, paying school fees for indigent students, and covering WAEC fees for the less privileged are a few examples of Nwali’s unwavering commitment to the well-being of the people.
Addressing newsmen while presenting the cheque, the President of the group Mr Alex lfeanyi Oguta and Secretary, Ambassador Emmanuel Uchenna Nwafor respectively said Nwali’s philanthropic gesture has positively impacted countless lives across Ezza South LG.
“Every year Mr Nwali celebrates Christmas, and Easter with the rich and poor in ways that show he is a beacon of hope. Nwali’s dedication to social activities in Ezza South and beyond has been exemplary.
” He has consistently demonstrated a passion for the welfare of others. His Leadership and vision are precisely what we need to propel our LGA forward and we believe he is the ideal candidate to represent our interest.
“This presentation is not only a show of appreciation for Nwali’s tireless efforts but also a demonstration of our confidence in his ability to excel in public office. We urge him to utilise this support to pursue his Political aspirations knowing that the youths of Ezza South stand firmly behind him.
