Nollywood actor Yomi Fabiyi has generated buzz online after discussing his troubled relationship with fellow actor Funke Akindele.
During a live TikTok session, Fabiyi alleged that Akindele ceased communication with him soon after he informed her about finishing his house.
He mentioned that their friendship had lasted for many years and he couldn’t identify any actions on his part that might have caused the fallout.
“Our industry is quite harsh. Those you believe to be good people often aren’t. Funke Akindele was my friend for a long time.
“The day I told her I had completed my house was the last time she spoke to me, and I didn’t do anything to upset her,” he stated.
Fabiyi took the opportunity to express his disappointment with the entertainment industry, labeling it as misleading and suggesting that public perceptions of individuals may not always be accurate.
His remarks have sparked a variety of reactions on social media.
