A new confrontation has emerged between social activist Martins Vincent Otse, popularly known as VeryDarkMan (VDM), and human rights campaigner Omoyele Sowore regarding the controversial detention of entrepreneur B-Lord.
VDM criticised Sowore for publicly advocating for B-Lord’s release without first consulting him privately, despite their reportedly cordial relationship. He expressed disappointment, saying he might have considered stepping back from the issue out of respect if Sowore had sought his input before making his stance public.
The dispute escalated as VDM accused Sowore of attempting to “test his strength” and issued a stern warning that he would not hesitate to take legal action should his name or image be used without consent in connection with the case.
VDM dismissed Sowore’s intervention as unserious, mockingly referring to him as “funny” and even labelling him a “comedian,” intensifying the public feud.
