Member representing Isoko North/South Federal Constituency at the National Assembly, Hon. Jonathan Ukodhiko, has pledged his support for initiatives that would see to the development of sports in the Constituency.
The House of Representatives member gave the commitment on Friday at Peccan Hotel, Emevor, when he chaired the finals of the Maiden Isoko North Table Tennis Tournament facilitated by Mr Palmer Ogheneyole Nathaniel.
The Isoko Federal lawmaker commended the organizer of the Table Tennis Competition in Isoko North Local Government Area, Mr Palmer for the laudable initiative.
He said, “As your Federal representative, i will continue to identify and support initiatives that will develop sports in Isoko-nation and get our youths engaged positively and productively.

“Initiatives such as the Table Tennis Competition we are witnessing here today, fosters unity, togetherness, peace and encourage people to live in love.
“Most of our programmes we have designed are geared toward putting money in the pockets of our youths in order to create wealth.” Hon. Ukodhiko added.
In his remark, the facilitator of the Table Tennis Competition, Mr. Palmer thanked Hon. Jonathan Ukodhiko for physically gracing the Maiden Isoko North Table Tennis Competition.
The Senior Special Assistant on New Media to Delta State Governor also appreciated the member representing Isoko Federal Constituency for his huge financial support to the overall success of the competition.
He described Hon. Ukodhiko as a sports lover, a political leader and representative of the people who is accessible and ardently supportive to worthy causes.
