U.S. President Donald Trump and billionaire entrepreneur Elon Musk were seen together at a memorial event for right-wing activist Charlie Kirk in Glendale, Arizona, raising hopes of a possible reconciliation between the two.
The two had a very public falling out earlier this year, but they were caught on camera shaking hands and chatting at the memorial, which attracted a large crowd of thousands.
Musk, who owns the social media platform X (previously known as Twitter), shared a photo of himself with Trump at the event, captioning it: “For Charlie.”

However, their relationship soured when Musk criticized Trump’s tax and spending plans, calling them “crazy and harmful.”
Their conflict escalated further online, with Musk accusing Trump of having connections to controversial figure Jeffrey Epstein.
In response, Trump suggested that he might consider deporting Musk.
