Tems, known for her soulful melodies and powerful vocals, expressed her excitement about the upcoming show, stating “we’re going to bring the world together for a beautiful moment, to celebrate football, feel the unity that music brings, and help improve the lives of millions of children through the FIFA Global Citizen Education Fund (FGCEF).”

She continued by adding that “I can’t wait. See you at the FIFA Club World Cup final!”

The music star emphasised the importance of both music and sports in fostering global connections.

The performance is not only a celebration of the sport but also aims to raise awareness and support for the FGCEF.

This initiative, a collaborative effort led by FIFA President Gianni Infantino and Global Citizen co-founder Hugh Evans, aims to raise an ambitious $100 million.

The funds will be dedicated to expanding access to quality education and football for children worldwide, ensuring that future generations have the opportunities they deserve.

With Tems at the forefront, this half-time show promises to be a spectacular celebration of culture, community, and the transformative power of music and sport, uniting fans from every corner of the globe..
