The Supreme Court has dismissed the appeals filed by the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and the Social Democratic Party (SDP) against the election of Governor Lucky Aiyedatiwa of Ondo State.
This decision came after the PDP and SDP decided to withdraw their suits against the governor.
The PDP candidate, Agboola Ajayi, made the decision to withdraw the case after consulting with the party members.
With this dismissal, the legal battle over the Ondo State governorship election has finally come to an end, and Gov. Aiyedatiwa has been declared the rightful winner.
