Twenty-five years after leaving the halls of St. Michael’s College, Oleh, members of the 1999/2000 set are returning to their alma mater with a legacy of gratitude, service, and unity as they mark their Silver Jubilee celebration.
To commemorate the milestone, the old students undertook a series of development projects aimed at improving learning and security within the school that shaped their formative years. The projects include a facelift of the school’s security building, the main gate, and the perimeter fence, as well as the conversion of classroom blackboards to modern tiled whiteboards to enhance teaching and learning.
The Silver Jubilee Organising Committee described the initiative as a deliberate effort to give back to St. Michael’s College in appreciation of the values, discipline, and education the institution imparted to its students over the years.

Speaking ahead of the event, Chairman of the Organising Committee, Obah Sylva, expressed deep gratitude to all members and supporters who contributed voluntarily toward the successful execution of the projects. He noted that the collective commitment of the old students made it possible to deliver meaningful interventions that will benefit both staff and current students.
